Helping Ohio State better understand your students

The High School Counselor Advisory Board is comprised of school counselors and CBO advisors who advise Undergraduate Admissions on issues related to the college admissions process and student retention.

The advisory board:

  • assists the office in its efforts to be responsive to the mindsets, interests and goals of high school students
  • keeps the office informed of trends in the college search, selection and application process
  • shares needs of the school counseling and CBO communities

Members serve a two-year term and are asked to attend one annual meeting on campus each year as well as engage in virtual meetings throughout the year.
